CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER？
We often start processing your items within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you want to cancel the order, please email us, we will try to cancel the order for you, but our cancellation policy has some restrictions. If your items have been shipped, printed by the vendor, or have been sent to the proof of the print backdrop, unfortunately, the order can not be canceled. If you choose to continue to cancel the order, you will need to pay 25% of the order amount for the printed item as the cancellation fee.
WILL MY BACKDROPS BE THE EXACT SIZE I ORDERED?
Most of the time your backdrop will be the exact size but please note that backgrounds can lose up to 1% - 10% in width and height during processing.
WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO STORE THE BACKDROPS?
We recommend storing your backdrops the way they were shipped. Folded backdrops are stored easily by refolding them while rolled backgrounds must be rolled when stored.
IS THE SIZE OF THE POCKET COUNTED IN THE BACKGROUND?
Yes, the pocket needs 8 - 15 CM, We usually choose 15CM to make a pocket. If you don't need, please tell us when you order.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?
Please contact our customer service and they will handle it for you. If we have this product in our warehouse, we will ship it to you on the next business day.
