We don't accept any return if the our backdrops have not damaged when you get it.
Because of the special nature of background products, we cannot make a second sale. Thanks for your understand.
If we send a wrong backdrop to you or If you got a damaged backdrop due to our mistake,please contact us resend one to you（Our staff will ask for your backgrounds photo to check for damage or an error from us, please cooperate with us, thank you!)
You usually have these choices：
1 We will not bear the cost of your return shipping fee, please contact us about the return address.
2 You don't have to return them, but you need to pay 20% of the replacement fee (part of the material fee) and shipping costs(12-20 USD)
3 We can offer store credit and replacement orders.
(You also need to pay the shipping fee)
We can not return or replace your orders because you ordered a wrong backdrop(wrong size, wrong backdrop, or not our mistake)
All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.
All backdrop, photo props, and studio equipment returns must be approved by Shopbackdrop.com
We do not color match. Colors may vary from material to material and will vary slightly from what you see on screen. But please do not worry, the computer print color is no problem.
If our background has a problem, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Due to the products are customized products, in addition to product breakage occurred during the shipping, the remaining cases are not returnable. Please carefully choose the style, color, and size.
