Our backdrops all size are one piece, no seamless, we sewing a free pocket on the top of backdrop( size more than 5*7FT ), it's easy to hang up. If you don't need this, or you need H(high) < W(width) backdrops, please remark it when you make an order.
We can do any size backdrops, if you want to custom size, please contact us, we will answer you ASAP. Computer printed on wrinkle resistant fabric, compared with normal material backdrop, wrinkle-free Cloth, more lightweight, soft, it is a sturdy, durable, muslin-like fabric. The wrinkle-free cloth is washable safe and dryer, you can follow our care instructions for backdrops to wash. They can be folded up or bunched up for easy storage and will be ready to shoot at any time.

Orders will be processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Our backdrops are folded shipping, if you need rolled shipping( the most width is 2M, so if you buy backdrop width and hight are all big more 2 M, we will fold, then rolled shipping to you), please contact us.
Please remember this when ordering. If there is a problem with your order, we will notify you. The cost of shipping depends on the weight, destination, and mode of transportation of your order. We make every effort to get your product into your hands as soon as possible. The quality process takes time, so please wait patiently.
Delivery time includes production time and transportation time
Growth time: The general production time is 3-5 days. Custom product production time 5-7 days.

2. Our product shipping costs $12. If your orders over $99, you can enjoy the package.

We don't accept any return if our backdrops have not damaged when you get it.
Because of the special nature of background products, we cannot make a second sale. Thanks for your understand.
You usually have these choices：
1 We will not bear the cost of your return shipping fee, please contact us about the return address.
2 You don't have to return them, but you need to pay 50% of the replacement fee (part of the material fee) and shipping costs(12-20 USD)
3 We can offer store credit and replacement orders.

If we send a wrong backdrop to you or If you got a damaged backdrop due to our mistake, please contact us resend one to you（Our staff will ask for your backgrounds photo to check for damage or an error from us, please cooperate with us, thank you!)
We can not return or replace your orders because you ordered a wrong backdrop(wrong size, wrong backdrop, or not our mistake)
All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.
All backdrop, photo props, and studio equipment returns must be approved by Shopbackdrop.com
Printed Details：
We do not color match. Colors may vary from material to material and will vary slightly from what you see on screen. But please do not worry, the computer print color is no problem.
Please Note:
If our background has a problem, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Due to the products are customized products, in addition to product breakage occurred during the shipping, the remaining cases are not returnable. Please carefully choose the style, color, and size.
